Ohio High School Basketball - Cincinnati Country Day can't get by Eastern
February 14, 2025: Cincinnati, OH 45243 Eastern Warriors (Sardinia, OH) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Cincinnati Country Day Nighthawks (Cincinnati, OH), 71-68 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Eastern advances its record to 17-4 on the year. The Warriors host Northwest (McDermott, OH) to meet the Mohawks in a non-league match on Friday, February 21. The Mohawks enter the match with a record of 11-10.
The Nighthawks now own a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Georgetown for a non-league match on Wednesday, February 19. Cincinnati Country Day will meet a G-Men squad coming off a 66-50 non-league loss to New Richmond (New Richmond, OH). The G-Men record now stands at 5-16.
