Louisiana High School Basketball - St. Paul's sneaks past South Plaquemines
February 15, 2025: Covington, LA 70434 The St. Paul's Wolves (Covington, LA) basketball edged the visiting South Plaquemines Hurricanes (Buras, LA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Wolves now possess a 15-13 record. They play next when they travel to Mandeville for a 5A District 6 bout on Saturday, February 15. St. Paul's will play a Skippers team coming off a 49-33 non-league loss to Pine (Franklinton, LA). The Skippers record now stands at 20-19.
With the loss, South Plaquemines falls to 4-18 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Monday, February 17. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 4-19.
