Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Nitro Wildcats (Nitro, WV) and the host Winfield Generals (Winfield, WV), saw Nitro's basketball squad knock off Winfield by a tally of 67-47.

With the victory, Nitro advances its record to 19-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Hoover (Clendenin, WV) to encounter the Huskies in a Cardinal test on Wednesday, February 21. The Huskies go into the test with a record of 11-9. Hoover won 67-63 in their recent league test against Winfield (Winfield, WV)
