The Bessemer City Yellow Jackets basketball team scored 75 points and limited the visiting Highland Tech Rams to 60 in the Yellow Jackets non-league triumph on Monday.

The Yellow Jackets now possess a 15-10 record. They play next when they travel to Shelby for a 1A/2A Southern Piedmont game on Tuesday, February 18. Bessemer City will confront a Golden Lions team coming off a 69-51 league win over Burns (Lawndale, NC). The Golden Lions record now stands at 16-7.

With the loss, Highland Tech falls to 11-13 on the campaign.
