The South Charleston Black Eagles defeated the visiting St. Albans Red Dragons basketball squad by a final score of 72-56 in Monday's league outing.

Next, the Black Eagles clash with the Parkersburg South Patriots (Parkersburg, WV) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, February 19. South Charleston will attempt to upgrade on its 14-4 season record. The Patriots come into the outing with a 10-6 record after their 67-65 non-league loss to University (Morgantown, WV).

The Red Dragons (10-9) will now prepare for their outing against Capital (Charleston, WV). The Cougars come into the Mountain State outing with a 4-12 record. In their last outing, Capital went down by Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV), 73-56, in a non-league outing.
