February 17, 2025: Florence, WI 54121 Florence Bobcats (Florence, WI) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Suring Eagles (Suring, WI), 54-35 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Florence upgrades its record to 12-8 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Crandon (Crandon, WI) to face the Cardinals in a Northern Lakes match on Thursday, February 20. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 17-4. Crandon lost 49-40 in their recent non-league match against Medford (Medford, WI)
The Eagles now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gillett for a Marinette & Oconto match on Tuesday, February 18. Suring will face a Tigers squad coming off a 50-32 league win over Coleman (Coleman, WI). The Tigers record now stands at 16-4.
