Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Riverdale Baptist Crusaders (Upper Marlboro, MD), 62-59 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Paul VI advances its record to 20-8 on the year.

The Crusaders now own a 21-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Frederick for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. Riverdale Baptist will meet a Cadets squad coming off a 51-48 league win over Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD). The Cadets record now stands at 16-3.
