The Forest Wildcats flag football squad scored 18 points and limited the host Vanguard Knights to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to The Villages Charter for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 26.

With the defeat, Vanguard drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Lake Weir (Ocala, FL) to meet the Hurricanes in a 2A D6 test on Thursday, February 20. The Hurricanes come into the test with a record of 0-1. Lake Weir lost 6-2 in their recent non-league test against North Marion (Citra, FL)
