California High School Lacrosse - Village Christian can't hold off Culver City
February 18, 2025: Culver City, CA 90230 Culver City Centaurs (Culver City, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the visiting Village Christian Crusaders (Sun Valley, CA), 14-13 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, Culver City advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Centaurs host Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA) to encounter the Sea Kings in a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 26. The Sea Kings come into the battle with a record of 2-1. Palos Verdes won 12-7 in their recent non-league battle against Newbury Park (Newbury Park, CA)
The Crusaders now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Agoura for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 22. Village Christian will encounter a Chargers team coming off a 24-6 non-league loss to El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 0-2.
