February 20, 2025: Canton, KS 67428 Central Plains Oilers (Claflin, KS) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Canton-Galva Eagles (Canton, KS), 52-35 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Central Plains advances its record to 13-4 on the year. The Oilers host Kinsley (Kinsley, KS) to face the Coyotes in a Central Prairie match on Friday, February 21. The Coyotes enter the match with a record of 2-17. Kinsley lost 60-38 in their recent league match against Victoria (Victoria, KS)
The Eagles now own a 11-9 record.
