North Dakota High School Basketball - Rugby triumphant over Hazen
February 21, 2025: Rugby, ND 58368 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Rugby Panthers (Rugby, ND) and the visiting Hazen Bison (Hazen, ND), observed Rugby's basketball team overwhelm Hazen by a score of 65-42.
The Panthers (6-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Stanley (Stanley, ND). The Blue Jays come into the A Region 3 challenge with a 14-6 record. In their last challenge, Stanley trounced Bottineau (Bottineau, ND), 60-58, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bison encounter the Beulah Miners (Beulah, ND) in a A Region 4 challenge, on Friday, February 28. Hazen will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record.
