Kansas High School Basketball - Halstead triumphant over Elyria Christian
February 21, 2025: Halstead, KS 67056 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Halstead Dragons (Halstead, KS) and the visiting Elyria Christian (McPherson, KS), observed Halstead's basketball team overwhelm Elyria Christian by a margin of 41-19.
The Dragons (18-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hoisington (Hoisington, KS). The Cardinals come into the Central Kansas challenge with a 6-13 record. In their last challenge, Hoisington was ripped by Larned (Larned, KS), 53-31, in a league bout.
With the loss, Elyria Christian falls to 10-9 on the campaign.
