Kentucky High School Basketball - Lyon County victorious over St. Mary
February 21, 2025: Paducah, KY 42003 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Lyon County Lyons basketball team scored a good 54-44 triumph over the St. Mary Vikings.
The Lyons (20-8) will now prepare for their contest against Livingston Central (Smithland, KY). The Cardinals go into the District 5 contest with a 10-15 record. In their last contest, Livingston Central topped Ballard Memorial (Barlow, KY), 37-29, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado (Paducah, KY) in a District 2 contest, on Tuesday, February 25. St. Mary will attempt to better on its 12-8 season record.
