Wyoming High School Basketball - Lyman toppled by Worland
February 22, 2025: Worland, WY 82401 Worland Warriors (Worland, WY) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Lyman Eagles (Lyman, WY), 51-43 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Worland advances its record to 10-9 on the year. The Warriors host Cody (Cody, WY) to face the Broncs in a 3A Northwest match on Thursday, February 27. The Broncs enter the match with a record of 16-4. Cody won 54-41 in their recent non-league match against Buffalo (Buffalo, WY)
The Eagles now own a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lander Valley for a 3A Southwest match on Friday, February 28. Lyman will face a Tigers squad coming off a 69-67 league win over Pinedale (Pinedale, WY). The Tigers record now stands at 13-8.
