California High School Volleyball - Western Christian can't get by Westminster
February 22, 2025: Upland, CA 91786 Westminster Lions (Westminster, CA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Western Christian Fighting Lancers (Upland, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Westminster advances its record to 4-3 on the season. The Lions travel to Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA) to face the Matadors in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 25. The Matadors go into the test with a record of 5-2. Bolsa Grande won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Garden Grove (Garden Grove, CA)
The Fighting Lancers now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Troy for a non-league test on Saturday, February 22. Western Christian will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over California (Whittier, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
