In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Royse City Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 13-2 win over the Southlake Carroll Dragons.

The Bulldogs (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX). The Bearcats come into the non-league match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Whitesboro notched a victory over Frisco (Frisco, TX), 5-2, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Dragons battle the Timber Creek Falcons (Fort Worth, TX) in a 6A Region I District 4 match, on Tuesday, February 25.
