The Vero Beach Indians baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Centennial Eagles to 1 in the Indians league win on Tuesday.

The Indians now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Melbourne for a non-league test on Friday, February 28. Vero Beach will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Satellite (Satellite Beach, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Centennial drops to 4-3 on the year. The Eagles host Benjamin (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 26. The Buccaneers go into the test with a record of 4-2. Benjamin won 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Saint Andrew's (Boca Raton, FL)
