In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Seminary Bulldogs (Seminary, MS) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Loyd Star Hornets (Brookhaven, MS), by a tally of 13-0.

Next up, the Bulldogs encounter the Taylorsville Tartars (Taylorsville, MS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 28. Seminary will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Tartars enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Puckett (Puckett, MS).

The Hornets (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Enterprise (Brookhaven, MS). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league bout with a 0-6 record. In their last bout, Enterprise was overwhelmed by Columbia (Columbia, MS), 11-7, in a non-league bout.
