Roncalli Royals (Indianapolis, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Lafayette Central Catholic Knights (Lafayette, IN), 64-54 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Roncalli upgrades its record to 14-7 on the year. The Royals travel to Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory (Indianapolis, IN) to face the Braves in a Circle City match on Friday, February 28. The Braves enter the match with a record of 12-8. Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory lost 49-42 in their recent non-league match against Tri-West Hendricks (Lizton, IN)

The Knights now sport a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lewis Cass for a non-league match on Friday, February 28. Lafayette Central Catholic will face a Kings squad coming off a 54-35 non-league loss to Tipton (Tipton, IN). The Kings record now stands at 4-17.
