Spanish River Sharks (Boca Raton, FL) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Palm Beach Gardens Gators (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), 26-6 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Spanish River improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Sharks travel to West Boca Raton (Boca Raton, FL) to play the Bulls in a non-league battle on Thursday, February 27. The Bulls go into the battle with a record of 1-2. West Boca Raton won 34-6 in their recent non-league battle against Inlet Grove (Riviera Beach, FL)

The Gators now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Central for a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. Palm Beach Gardens will play a Cobras team coming off a 39-6 non-league win over Port St. Lucie (Port St. Lucie, FL). The Cobras record now stands at 4-0.
