The Hargrave Military Academy Tigers basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Virginia Academy Patriots to 37 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Tigers now possess a 24-17 record. They play next when they travel to Miller School of Albemarle for a non-league game on Friday, February 28. Hargrave Military Academy will confront a Mavericks team coming off a 84-54 non-league win over Fredericksburg Christian (Fredericksburg, VA). The Mavericks record now stands at 18-11.

With the loss, Virginia Academy falls to 13-18 on the campaign.
