Virginia High School Basketball - Liberty overwhelms Gretna

The Liberty Minutemen basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Gretna Hawks to 41 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Minutemen now have a 21-4 record. They play next when they host James River for a non-league game on Friday, February 28. Liberty will confront a Knights team coming off a 62-59 non-league win over Radford (Radford, VA). The Knights record now stands at 20-3.

With the loss, Gretna falls to 15-10 on the campaign.
