Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Northside Grizzlies (Fort Smith, AR), 66-60 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Central upgrades its record to 16-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to North Little Rock (North Little Rock, AR) to play the Charging Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 2. The Charging Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 23-4. North Little Rock won 61-48 in their recent non-league bout against Har-Ber (Springdale, AR)
