February 3, 2023: Clover, SC 29710 In Friday's league match, the host Clover Blue Eagles basketball squad scored a nice 74-62 victory over the Blythewood Bengals.
With the victory, Clover improves its record to 11-13 on the campaign. The Blue Eagles host Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC) to confront the Yellow Jackets in a AAAAA Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a record of 13-10. Fort Mill won 56-52 in their recent league challenge against Spring Valley (Columbia, SC)
Next up, the Bengals confront the Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Blythewood will attempt to improve on its 16-8 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 16-6 record after their 64-61 non-league loss to Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC).
