Vermont High School Basketball - Thetford Academy triumphant over Windsor
February 3, 2025: Windsor, VT 05089 Spectators at Monday's non-league bout between the Thetford Academy Panthers (Thetford, VT) and the host Windsor Yellowjackets (Windsor, VT), saw Thetford Academy's basketball team crush Windsor by a tally of 74-46.
The Panthers now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Harwood for a Capital bout on Wednesday, February 5. Thetford Academy will play a Highlanders team coming off a 59-51 league win over Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT). The Highlanders record now stands at 11-3.
With the loss, Windsor falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Hartford (White River Junction, VT) to play the Hurricanes in a Southern Vermont - B bout on Friday, February 7. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Hartford won 73-37 in their recent non-league bout against Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Rutland, VT)
