The Cannon Cougars basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Covenant Day Lions to 66 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now have a 13-11 record. They play next when they host Charlotte Christian for a NCISAA Charlotte Independent game on Friday, February 7.

With the loss, Covenant Day falls to 14-13 on the campaign. The Lions host Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC) to confront the Knights in a NCISAA Charlotte Independent game on Thursday, February 6.
