February 4, 2025: Monroe, NC 28110 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Shining Light Baptist Academy Sharks (Monroe, NC) and the visiting Emmanuel Christian Crusaders (Hartsville, SC), observed Shining Light Baptist Academy's basketball team knock off Emmanuel Christian by a score of 59-47.
The Sharks (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Tabernacle Christian (Hickory, NC). The Conquerors come into the non-league challenge with a 3-15 record. In their last challenge, Tabernacle Christian dropped by Fellowship Baptist Academy (Durham, NC), 48-45, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Crusaders battle the Mountain View Christian Academy Mustangs (Cowpens, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 28. Emmanuel Christian will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record.
