The Furtah Prep Falcons basketball squad (Acworth, GA), was outscored 62-46 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Heritage Hawks (Newnan, GA)

With the victory, Heritage advances its record to 18-5 on the year. The Hawks travel to Rock Springs Christian Academy (Milner, GA) to meet the Eagles in a GIAA AA Region 1 battle on Friday, February 7. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 14-5. Rock Springs Christian Academy won 80-56 in their recent league battle against Atlanta Jewish Academy (Atlanta, GA)

The Falcons now own a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Atlanta Jewish Academy for a GIAA A Region 1 battle on Thursday, February 6. Furtah Prep will meet a Jaguar squad coming off a 80-56 league loss to Rock Springs Christian Academy (Milner, GA). The Jaguar record now stands at 9-15.
