February 5, 2025: Riverside, IL 60546 Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting West Chicago Wildcats (West Chicago, IL), 62-33 in a league match.
With the victory, Riverside-Brookfield upgrades its record to 17-9 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Fenton (Bensenville, IL) to face the Bison in a Upstate Eight - East match on Friday, February 7. The Bison enter the match with a record of 15-11. Fenton won 61-34 in their recent league match against Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL)
The Wildcats now sport a 9-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgewood for a Upstate Eight - West match on Friday, February 7. West Chicago will face a Rebels squad coming off a 52-46 league win over Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL). The Rebels record now stands at 14-10.
