Washington High School Basketball - Nooksack Valley overwhelms Oak Harbor
February 3, 2025: Oak Harbor, WA 98277 The Nooksack Valley Pioneers basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Oak Harbor Wildcats to 27 in the Pioneers league triumph on Monday.
The Pioneers now have a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lynden for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Friday, February 7. Nooksack Valley will confront a Lions team coming off a 72-23 league win over Anacortes (Anacortes, WA). The Lions record now stands at 19-0.
With the loss, Oak Harbor falls to 4-15 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Squalicum (Bellingham, WA) to confront the Storm in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Thursday, February 6. The Storm go into the game with a record of 10-8. Squalicum lost 37-34 in their recent league game against Sehome (Bellingham, WA)
