The Ballantyne Ridge Wolves basketball squad (Charlotte, NC), was crushed 83-50 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC)

With the victory, Palisades advances its record to 12-11 on the year. The Pumas host Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC) to meet the Knights in a 4A South Meck battle on Friday, February 14. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 17-5.

The Wolves now own a 2-21 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Mecklenburg for a 4A South Meck battle on Tuesday, February 11. Ballantyne Ridge will meet a Sabres squad coming off a 62-59 league win over Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres record now stands at 13-9.
