South Carolina High School Basketball - Bridges Prep holds off Lake Marion

February 7, 2025: Beaufort, SC

The Bridges Prep Buccaneers basketball team scored 78 points and limited the visiting Lake Marion Gators to 74 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Friday.

The Buccaneers now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they travel to Hampton County for a AA Region 5 game on Tuesday, February 11. Bridges Prep will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 67-49 league win over Whale Branch (Beaufort, SC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 17-4.

With the loss, Lake Marion falls to 12-9 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Edisto (Cordova, SC) to confront the Cougars in a AA Region 5 game on Tuesday, February 11.
