February 8, 2025: Belfield, ND 58622 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Tioga Pirates (Tioga, ND) and the host Belfield Bantams (Belfield, ND), observed Tioga's basketball team overwhelm Belfield by a score of 71-48.
The Pirates (19-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Parshall (Parshall, ND). The Braves come into the B District 5 challenge with a 5-18 record. In their last challenge, Parshall was routed by Westhope/Newburg (Westhope, ND), 80-69, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bantams encounter the Trinity Titans (Dickinson, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 10. Belfield will attempt to improve on its 4-14 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 40-29 non-league loss to Bishop Ryan (Minot, ND).
