Las Vegas Wildcats (Las Vegas, NV) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon Pirate (Henderson, NV), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Las Vegas improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV) to encounter the Roadrunners in a non-league test on Saturday, March 1. The Roadrunners go into the test with a record of 0-1. Southeast Career Tech lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Basic (Henderson, NV)

The Pirate now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boulder City for a 3A - Mountain test on Wednesday, March 5.
