Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA), 51-44 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Banks County upgrades its record to 25-5 on the year. The Leopards travel to Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA) to face the Rebels in a non-league match on Saturday, March 8. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 28-2. Fannin County won 72-63 in their recent non-league match against East Laurens (East Dublin, GA)

The Blue Devils now sport a 24-6 record.
