In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Altha Wildcats (Altha, FL) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Poplar Springs Atomics (Graceville, FL), by a tally of 13-3.

Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Vernon Yellowjackets (Vernon, FL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 14. Altha will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record.

The Atomics (3-5) will now prepare for their bout against Malone (Malone, FL). The Tigers enter the Rural District 3 bout with a 4-5 record. In their last bout, Malone was overwhelmed by Sneads (Sneads, FL), 21-2, in a league bout.
