South Carolina High School Soccer - Westminster Catawba Christian overwhelmed by York Prep
March 13, 2023: Rock Hill, SC 29730 In Monday's non-league battle, the host York Prep Patriots soccer squad scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Westminster Catawba Christian Indians.
The Patriots (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC). The Volunteers enter the AA Region 5 bout with a 0-5 record. In their last bout, Andrew Jackson was overwhelmed by Buford (Lancaster, SC), 5-1, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Concord Academy Eagles (Concord, NC) in a NCISAA Metrolina bout, on Tuesday, March 14. Westminster Catawba Christian will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Davidson Day (Davidson, NC).
