March 13, 2025: Fountain City, WI 54629 Cochrane-Fountain City Pirates (Fountain City, WI) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Columbus Catholic Dons (Marshfield, WI), 60-51 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Cochrane-Fountain City advances its record to 21-2 on the year. The Pirates travel to Royall (Elroy, WI) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, March 15. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 25-1. Royall won 51-48 in their recent non-league match against North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI)
The Dons now own a 16-9 record.
