Georgia High School Soccer - Jones County knocks off Stockbridge
March 13, 2025: Stockbridge, GA 30281 The Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA) soccer overwhelmed the host Stockbridge Tigers (Stockbridge, GA), 11-1 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Greyhounds now hold a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Locust Grove for a 4A Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. Jones County will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Ola (McDonough, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Stockbridge moves to 1-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Woodland (Stockbridge, GA) to encounter the Wolfpack in a 4A Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Wolfpack go into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Woodland won 6-0 in their recent league challenge against Hampton (Hampton, GA)
