The Marathon Dolphins (Marathon, FL) baseball trounced the visiting Miami Country Day Spartans (Miami, FL), 10-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Dolphins now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host Port St. Joe for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 15. Marathon will clash with a Tiger Sharks team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Wakulla Christian School (Crawfordville, FL). The Tiger Sharks record now stands at 7-7.

With the defeat, Miami Country Day drops to 2-10 on the year. The Spartans host Somerset Academy South Homestead (Homestead, FL) to clash with the Hurricanes in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 17. The Hurricanes go into the challenge with a record of 0-9. Somerset Academy South Homestead lost 21-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Marathon (Marathon, FL)
