South Carolina High School Soccer - Midland Valley knocks off Batesburg-Leesville
March 14, 2025: Batesburg, SC 29006 The Midland Valley Mustangs soccer squad scored 5 points and held the host Batesburg-Leesville Panthers to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.
The Mustangs now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Gray Collegiate Academy for a bout on Monday, March 17. Midland Valley will play a War Eagles squad coming off a 1-0 league win over South Aiken (Aiken, SC). The War Eagles record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Batesburg-Leesville moves to 2-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC) to play the Wildcats in a bout on Friday, March 21. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Ninety Six lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Dixie (Due West, SC)
