In Saturday's non-league game, the host Serra Catholic Eagles baseball team scored a close 9-4 victory over the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Chargers.

The Eagles (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Leechburg (Leechburg, PA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Leechburg was overwhelmed by Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA), 1-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Chargers face the Eden Christian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 18. Our Lady of the Sacred Heart will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The enter the game with a 1-0 record after their 12-5 non-league win over South Side (Hookstown, PA).
