Charlotte Fightin' Tarpons (Punta Gorda, FL) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Cypress Lake Panthers (Fort Myers, FL), 14-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Charlotte advances its record to 10-6 on the season. The Fightin' Tarpons travel to Bishop Verot (Fort Myers, FL) to battle the Vikings in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 18. The Vikings come into the match with a record of 13-0. Bishop Verot won 4-0 in their recent non-league match against Houston (Germantown, TN)

The Panthers now have a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Naples for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 18. Cypress Lake will battle a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton, FL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 5-8.
