Lincoln Hornets (San Diego, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Sweetwater Red Devils (National City, CA), 5-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Hornets host Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA) to battle the Trojans in a non-league test on Thursday, March 21. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 1-4. Castle Park lost 8-1 in their recent non-league test against Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA)

With the defeat, Sweetwater falls to 4-5 on the season. The Red devils host San Diego (San Diego, CA) to battle the Cavers in a non-league test on Thursday, March 21. The Cavers come into the test with a record of 2-7. San Diego lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA)
