Georgia High School Lacrosse - South Effingham bounces Calvary Day
March 20, 2025: Guyton, GA 31312 The South Effingham Mustangs lacrosse squad scored 19 points and limited the visiting Calvary Day Cavaliers to 3 in the Mustangs league triumph on Thursday.
The Mustangs now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Effingham County for a 2A Area 4 challenge on Thursday, March 27. South Effingham will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 11-5 non-league win over St. Vincent's (Savannah, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Calvary Day falls to 0-3 on the year. The Cavaliers host Richmond Hill (Richmond Hill, GA) to clash with the Wildcats in a 2A Area 4 challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Richmond Hill won 9-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Campbell (Smyrna, GA)
