Canterbury Cougars (Fort Myers, FL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the visiting Out-of-Door Academy Thunder (Sarasota, FL), 14-13 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Canterbury advances its record to 7-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Naples (Naples, FL) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 25. The Golden Eagles come into the game with a record of 7-3. Naples lost 8-4 in their recent league game against Gulf Coast (Naples, FL)

The Thunder now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Wales for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 25. Out-of-Door Academy will play a Highlanders team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Celebration (Celebration, FL). The Highlanders record now stands at 6-5.
