South Carolina High School Soccer - Sumter knocks off Wilson Hall
March 21, 2025: Sumter, SC 29154 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Sumter Gamecocks (Sumter, SC) and the visiting Wilson Hall Barons (Sumter, SC), saw Sumter's soccer squad triumph over Wilson Hall by a count of 5-0.
The Gamecocks (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Blythewood (Blythewood, SC). The Bengals enter the battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Blythewood tipped West Florence (Florence, SC), 2-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Barons confront the Hartsville Red Foxes (Hartsville, SC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 24. Wilson Hall will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Red Foxes enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Crestwood (Sumter, SC).
