Kentucky High School Lacrosse - Atherton overwhelms Walton-Verona
March 21, 2025: Walton, KY 41094 Fans at Friday's non-league test between the Atherton Ravens (Louisville, KY) and the host Walton-Verona Bearcats (Walton, KY), witnessed Atherton's lacrosse squad overcome Walton-Verona by a count of 8-1.
The Ravens (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Male (Louisville, KY). The Bulldogs enter the KSLL test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Male was overwhelmed by Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY), 15-4, in a non-league test.
Next, the Bearcats battle the Northern Kentucky Bulldogs (Fort Thomas, KY) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 24. Walton-Verona will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
