In Monday's league bout, the Highline Pirates (Burien, WA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Renton Red Hawks (Renton, WA), by a tally of 24-2.

Next up, the Pirates encounter the Sammamish RedHawks (Bellevue, WA) in a 3A KingCo bout, on Thursday, March 27. Highline will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The RedHawks enter the bout with a 5-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Redmond (Redmond, WA).

The Red Hawks (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Lindbergh (Renton, WA). The Eagles enter the 2A KingCo bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Lindbergh was overwhelmed by Interlake (Bellevue, WA), 16-6, in a non-league bout.
