Virginia High School Lacrosse - The Covenant nips Rockbridge County
March 24, 2025: Charlottesville, VA 22902 The The Covenant Eagles lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the visiting Rockbridge County Wildcats to 11 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Collegiate for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Covenant will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 14-3 non-league win over Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Rockbridge County falls to 1-2 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA) to clash with the Blue Demons in a Seminole challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Blue Demons go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Christiansburg lost 16-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA)
